All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket(s). Please present your digital ticket at the entrance for admission.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Tickets are valid only for the date selected during purchase. Please arrive within the visiting hours:
Tickets may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the visit date for a full refund. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the visit or no-shows are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, please contact us via email.
Visitors are expected to:
Children under 12 years of age are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. Children must be supervised at all times.
The cathedral is partially accessible to visitors with mobility impairments. Please contact us in advance if you require special assistance.
St John's Co-Cathedral Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to visitors or their belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to close the cathedral or cancel visits due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to religious ceremonies, maintenance, or emergencies. In such cases, tickets will be rescheduled or refunded.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
